K. Alex Müller was a professor at the University of Zurich and received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1987. He passed away at the age of 95 on January 9, 2023.
The eminent physicist was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics with J. Georg Bednorz for the discovery of high-temperature superconductivity. K. Alex Müller was both a professor at the University of Zurich and a fellow at the IBM Research Laboratory in Rüschlikon. UZH and IBM Research are jointly honoring his work and person at a symposium.
Exhibition at Irchel Campus
