8th Global FRIEND-Water Conference
Hydrological Processes and Water Security in a Changing World

This conference shall help in identifying solutions for the the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals and particularly water related targets, by improving the knowledge base on multidisciplinary approaches for evidence-based decision-making. This 8th Global FRIEND-Water Conference conference is expected to gather more than 300 water scientists from all over the world drawing from the eight FRIEND networks.
This conference is co-organised by the UNESCO International Hydrological Programme (IHP) and the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR).
